Job summary

Grantmakers for Effective Organizations (GEO) is seeking a Membership and Development Specialist to sustain and grow our vibrant membership base. You will support renewals, manage member communications, and uphold data integrity for 500+ organizations.

The role involves engaging with members and funders through conferences, meetings, and calls to ensure an excellent member experience. Reporting to the Membership and Development Director as part of GEO’s revenue team, you’ll help advance

Qualifications

• Supports health of GEO's membership base as a strategic priority.
• Reinforces and oversees member renewals with tailored communications.
• Ensures data integrity of over 500 organizational members.

Responsibilities

• Support new members and funders through conferences, in-person meetings, email or phone.
• Ensure an excellent member experience.
