Susan G. Komen is seeking a Fundraising Manager for the 3-Day Event Series. This fully remote role supports nationwide fundraising goals, manages participant programs, and drives recruitment and retention to meet multi-million-dollar targets.

You’ll coach participants, monitor progress with data reports, and work with the events team to execute successful fundraising activities both online and at events. A Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in fundraising are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Nonprofit Management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of fundraising, participant management, or related experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to motivate and inspire.
• Experience managing a revenue goal and portfolio between $1–$5 million with demonstrated growth.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• A self-starter with a can-do attitude and ability to work independently.
• Flexible and able to adapt to changing needs; comfortable in group settings.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies for fundraising events.
• Manage high-value participants who fundraise from $2,500 to $100,000 and a multi-million-dollar portfolio.
• Retain and grow relationships; provide ongoing support and motivation.
• Execute year-round stewardship plans and adjust tactics to meet financial goals.
• Provide coaching using resources and best practices to boost fundraising results.
• Use data-driven reports to measure progress and update participants and management.
• Collaborate with events team to ensure successful fundraising events.
• Plan, organize, and execute participant-related activities before, during, and after events.
• Ensure positive participant experiences; conduct virtual and in-person meetings.
• Act as liaison between participants and the organization; address questions promptly.
• Work cross-functionally to align fundraising with organizational goals.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to fundraising initiatives.
• Support teammates to achieve collective goals; manage Salesforce actions and notes.
• Oversee on-site relationship management at events.
