About the Role

You will play a crucial part in ensuring the sustainability and growth of our organization by connecting with individuals, foundations, and corporate partners. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive fundraising strategies, including grant writing, major donor cultivation, and event planning.
• Identify, solicit, and steward relationships with individual donors, corporate sponsors, and philanthropic foundations.
• Manage fundraising campaigns and appeals across various channels, including digital platforms and in-person events.
• Organize and oversee fundraising events, ensuring successful execution and positive donor experiences.
• Prepare compelling grant proposals and reports, demonstrating the impact of donor contributions.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging fundraising collateral and communications.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in non-profit fundraising, with a proven record of success.
• Demonstrated ability to cultivate and manage donor relationships at all levels.
• Strong understanding of fundraising principles, techniques, and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation abilities.
• Experience with fundraising software and CRM systems, and proficiency in remote collaboration tools.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as non-profit management, marketing, or communications.
