HSP Direct in Ashburn, VA is seeking a Graphic Designer focused on conservative politics to join our fast-paced, mission-driven team. You’ll design print materials for fundraising campaigns and collaborate with copywriters and project managers to translate concepts into compelling layouts.

The right candidate embraces direct-response principles, has a strong eye for design, and can manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Technical proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, or similar design tools.

Responsibilities

• Design print materials for nonprofit and political fundraising campaigns.
• Be a forever student of direct response and study best practices across our agency.
• Be obsessed with results by improving client performance through design and testing of package elements.
• Maintain a positive, solution-oriented mindset and problem-solve.
• Collaborate with HSP’s Creative team to translate concepts into visually compelling layouts.
• Prepare package files for print production with Project Managers to ensure accuracy.
