Qualifications

  • Coordinate event timelines, budgets, and logistics for Madison’s signature events.
  • Research vendors, venues, and manage auction items; track attendance and seating.
  • Support donor prospecting, cultivation, and solicitation activities.
  • Maintain event calendars for Madison Council and assist with volunteer programs.
