Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Nonprofit fundraising, donor management, or administration experience.
• Event planning and coordination experience.
• Experience with CRM systems (Virtuous and OneCause preferred) or ability to learn data management tools quickly.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate donor events, fundraising campaigns, and signature experiences with project plans and action items.
• Manage day-to-day event logistics, timelines, budgets, registrations, guest lists, and RSVP tracking.
• Serve as a central contact between internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless execution.
• Identify gaps, risks, and dependencies and address them proactively for event success.
• Collaborate with Marketing on event promotion, storytelling, attendee communications, and sponsor visibility.
• Evaluate event performance and attendee experience to drive improvements.
