Job summary

South Puget Sound Habitat for Humanity seeks a Finance and Administration Director to guide the organization's financial health, HR, and governance in partnership with the CEO and leadership team. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, internal controls, and reporting, while building strong policies and systems to support sustainable growth and mission delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, public administration, business administration, or a closely related field required; MBA preferred.
• Minimum six years of progressively responsible experience in finance; nonprofit or construction finance experience preferred.
• Minimum three years in human resources or similar; supervisory experience.
• Experience supervising staff and building policies, procedures, and trainings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial health and strategic financial management.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting across the organization.
• Develop and enforce internal controls, and manage audits and compliance.
