Job summary

Ivy Tech Community College is seeking a Federal Work-Study Student Fundraising Associate to join the Foundation team. The role supports donor relations, CRM data maintenance, prospect research, and fundraising events while representing the Foundation.

You will work with Foundation staff and regional/campus development officers to assist in planning and executing donor engagements. This part-time internship is for Ivy Tech students each semester.

Qualifications

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Positive attitude and relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Donor relations and stewardship: conduct weekly thank-you and follow-up calls; write thank-you notes; create personalized gifts or projects for donors.
• Data maintenance and prospect research: use CRM to record interactions, update contacts, and input event attendance; research alumni and donors.
