Job summary

Prisma Health Corporate Office seeks a senior Foundation fundraising professional to plan, execute, and evaluate annual initiatives that grow philanthropic revenue and donor engagement. Initiatives include events, giving campaigns, and donor programs to support Prisma Health priorities.

The role leads the patient and family giving program, builds relationships with donors and partner foundations, and manages data and reports to guide decision making across the organization.

Qualifications

• Five years of fundraising or related experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• Experience with donor databases and data analysis.
• Ability to manage multiple programs and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and evaluate annual fundraising initiatives to grow revenue and donor base.
• Recruit, manage, and steward volunteers and engage board members.
• Collaborate with leadership and Marketing to develop fundraising materials.
• Solicit sponsorships, gifts, and grants for assigned initiatives.
• Record prospect and donor information in the philanthropy database.
