Job summary

The Diocese of Allentown is seeking a Fundraising Engagement Specialist to manage donor database records and coordinate fundraising initiatives. This position is essential for supporting various campaigns and events, including the Cooks for Collars initiative.

The successful candidate will have at least 3-5 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree, alongside critical skills in fundraising principles and communication.

Normal office hours are Monday to Friday, but flexibility for events is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
• At least 3-5 years of fundraising, marketing, or related experience.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee management of database donor records.
• Plan and coordinate fundraising events.
• Generate monthly reports for BWAC and Parish Stewardship.
