This role offers a fantastic opportunity to scale a national organization, advance its mission, and increase revenue to support expansion over the next five years. The Regional Fundraising & Development Director will lead new partnership development in the East Coast, focusing on engaging funders across private/public foundations, corporate CSR, sponsorships, and government entities.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of growing contributed revenue, meeting fundraising goals, and expanding donor and sponsor bases to enable more youth training and placement into college and careers.
