Job summary

No Labels in Washington, DC seeks a Fundraising Deputy Director to lead regional donor strategies and grow our network. The role requires travel, strong written and verbal communication, and meticulous record-keeping.

The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of U.S. politics, a can-do attitude, and the ability to manage multiple projects while meeting ambitious goals. This is a full-time, in-office position in Washington, DC with compensation commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience strongly preferred.
• 7+ years of professional work experience.
• Demonstrated strong attention to detail and oral/written communication.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Take on your own region of prospects and donors, with some required travel.
• Cultivate relationships with new and existing donors.
• Support donor research and prospect outreach in your region of the country.
• Draft external correspondence, including invitations, emails and mailings.
• Manage contacts, data entry, and database functions; keep meticulous records.
• Prepare briefings for No Labels leaders and surrogates including members of Congress.
• Work with event hosts to create, promote, and manage donor recruitment events.
• Achieve and exceed weekly, monthly, and yearly goals and objectives.
• Other operational and strategic tasks as needed.

The ideal candidate brings a can-do attitude, an ability to handle multiple projects, strong oral and written communication skills, and a keen eye for detail.

The right candidate has a strong awareness of U.S. politics and an understanding of the political system.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Take on your own region of prospects and donors, with some required travel

• Support new donor research and prospect outreach in your region of the country
• Draft external correspondence, including but not not limited to invitations, emails and mailings
• Manage contacts, data entry, and database functions; keeping meticulous records on prospects and donors
• Prepare briefings for No Labels leaders and surrogates including members of Congress
• Work with event hosts to create, promote, and manage virtual and in-person donor recruitment events of all sizes
• Achieve and exceed weekly, monthly, and yearly goals and objectives
• Other operational and strategic tasks as needed

This is a full-time in office salaried position in Washington, DC. Compensation commensurate with experience.
