The Nature Conservancy is seeking a Development Coordinator to support the Global Priorities team’s fundraising strategy and operations. You will help manage donor data in BBCRM, pull reports, track portfolio activity, and coordinate complex scheduling with fundraisers, leadership, and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 1-year experience or equivalent combination.
• Experience in business writing, editing, and proofreading.

Responsibilities

• Support fundraising strategy and operations for the Global Priorities team, ensuring accurate data and actionable reporting.
• Manage and maintain donor/prospect data within BBCRM, pull and analyze reports, track portfolio activity and performance.
• Coordinate complex scheduling across fundraisers, leadership, and external stakeholders to support donor engagement and internal planning.
