Job summary

Respect MO Voters in St. Louis seeks a CRM data support assistant to help maintain donor information and support the Development Manager. The role focuses on accurate data entry in our donor CRM system and timely data validation.

You will coordinate with the Development Manager to build targeted donor email lists, troubleshoot CRM issues with Tech, and collaborate with the Gift Processor as needed to ensure smooth donor communications.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate donor data in the CRM system and perform regular data validation.
• Check CRM records 3 times per week (Mon, Wed, Fri) to ensure new donation/donor data is correct.
• Coordinate with Development Manager to build targeted lists for donor emails and communications.
• Troubleshoot CRM issues with Tech support when needed and coordinate with Gift Processor as appropriate.
