Job summary

State of Oklahoma's Oklahoma Educational Television Authority seeks a Development Operations & Database Manager in Oklahoma City. This full-time role safeguards donor data integrity within the CRM, leads data architecture, and drives governance to support fundraising.

You will supervise the Membership Coordinator, ensure SOPs for data entry and gift processing, and coordinate data hygiene and reporting with Finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience in data/CRM management.
• 3–5 years of progressive experience in database administration, development operations, or CRM management.
• Proficiency with Allegiance, Blackbaud, Salesforce, and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary admin for the fundraising CRM, managing permissions, updates, and database health.
• Document and enforce SOPs for data entry, gift processing, and campaign coding.
• Execute data hygiene including deduplication, address updates, and audits.
• Oversee data pipelines between CRM and external platforms and reporting tools.
• Lead reporting, analytics, and reconciliation with Finance.
