Unite America seeks a Data Analyst to partner with fundraising leadership on data, reporting, and lightweight infrastructure. You will focus on recurring reports, dashboards, data pulls, data‑quality checks, and operational analysis to illuminate pipeline health, campaign performance, and revenue forecasts.

The role includes building practical tools (Sheets, Airtable, workflows) while ensuring Salesforce remains the source of truth for donor, activity, and revenue data.

Qualifications

• This role requires turning fundraising questions into clear metrics and usable tools.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce reports, dashboards, exports, and data models.
• Strong ability to clean, validate, and integrate messy data into reliable insights.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and improve reports and dashboards for fundraising pipeline and revenue forecasting.
• Pull, clean, and analyze data from Salesforce and adjacent systems for reporting.
• Develop lightweight infrastructure (sheets, forms, Airtable) to support workflows.
• Document metrics, definitions, and reporting processes; enable cross‑team alignment.
