Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a driven candidate to join the Funding Operations team in Seattle. You will manage funding program validations, support purchase order workflows, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to implement efficient program changes.

Your work will involve analyzing data in Excel and Salesforce, ensuring data integrity, and contributing to program reporting. This role emphasizes practical process improvements and strong communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Accounting, or related field.
• Experience in business analysis and contract management.
• Intermediate Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLookup).

Responsibilities

• Own standard validations of funding program opportunities across assigned workflows.
• Support PO creation and approval processes.
• Partner with stakeholders to support new program workflows and iterate on existing operations.
• Retrieve and analyze data using Excel, Salesforce.com, and other data management systems.
• Proactively identify and implement data improvements, enhancements, and system customizations that meet business requirements.
• Support reporting for individual programs and broader team.
• Perform data entry and data management.
