Job summary

National Funding in Maitland, FL is seeking a Funding Coordinator to work onsite in a full-time role. You will manage documentation, verify accuracy, and coordinate with sales, brokers and credit to fund loan transactions.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in an office and customer service environment, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred). The position offers an hourly pay range of $24.50-$27.40 with annualized $51,000-$57,000, plus

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in an office and customer service environment.
• Understand the structure of a working capital business loan.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Build strong, professional relationships with internal sales staff, broker partners, and credit teams.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Adobe/Word/Excel) and Outlook for email.
• Experience with CRM systems, especially Salesforce (preferred).
• Demonstrates commitment to confidentiality and sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Generates documents using Adobe Sign platform and addendums, organizing missing information to fund each loan transaction.
• Audits incoming signed documents for legitimacy and accuracy per guidelines.
• Apply fraud prevention techniques from training for each loan transaction.
• Executes verification calls with banks during due diligence process.
• Confirms terms with borrower and verifies signer identity on the agreement.
• Verifies customer and business information using the internet and third-party sources.
• Interprets a credit approval and gathers supporting documentation to clear stipulations.
• Collaborates with sales, brokers, and credit teams to fund each loan transaction.
• Funds all working capital packages within the designated SLA.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
