Qualifications

• Associate degree in accounting or related field required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of customer-service experience required.
• 2+ years of accounting/billing experience required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and web-based programs.
• Professional written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Help fund student accounts and bill sponsors using the college system.
• Monitor billing accuracy and address exceptions.
• Invoice sponsors for tuition and books; follow up on payments.
• Communicate with students, sponsors, and departments as needed.
• Assist in deregistration and funding corrections as required.
• Participate in testing patches and new software releases.
• Support end-of-period reconciliations and reporting.
