Qualifications

• AA degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school, or 6 months to 1 year related experience.
• Ability to read, interpret, and apply policies and procedures.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for routine reports and interactions.
• Proficiency with MS Office; QuickBooks or amortization software is a plus.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Apply Navitas Funding Guidelines to transactions, assessing risks and exceptions.
• Communicate with brokers, vendors, lessees/borrowers and team members regarding funding questions.
• Verify Navitas' yield and ensure commissions align with guidelines.
• Judge accuracy of verbal statements and written documents.
• Order and evaluate on-site inspection verifications and reports.
