Qualifications

• Three+ years of experience in fund accounting and administration.
• Proven ability to recognize, prevent, and respond to fraudulent activities.
• Advanced emotional intelligence with a track record of building trust with peers, managers and stakeholders.
• Experience applying innovation, design thinking to improve efficiency and resilience of operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate accounting and securities records for each fund, with adherence to controls.
• Investigate and resolve issues where transactions breach validation tolerances.
• Ensure timely NAV production and escalation of management issues.
• Provide training to new hires.
• Foster collaboration through emotional intelligence with peers and stakeholders.
• Propose and implement improvements to working methods for efficiency and resilience.
