Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in fund accounting and administration with 5+ years of experience maintaining accurate records.
• Proven ability to identify and resolve issues related to accounting or securities transactions.
• Experience implementing operational procedures and controls, including cybersecurity and anti-fraud measures.
• Advanced emotional intelligence to build trust and influence outcomes for teams and clients.
• Solid knowledge of valuation of fixed income, equities, and derivatives and NASDAQ deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the maintenance of accurate accounting and securities records for each fund administered.
• Investigate and resolve issues breaching validation tolerances in the JP Morgan system.
• Implement operational procedures to complete tasks accurately and timely.
• Partner with Operations, Technology, Product, Sales, and Program Management teams.
• Identify vulnerabilities and leverage continuous improvement to enhance efficiency.
