Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in fund accounting and administration.
• Strong ability to identify and resolve issues related to accounting or securities transactions.
• Experience implementing operational procedures and controls with emphasis on cybersecurity and anti-fraud measures.
• Advanced emotional intelligence with a track record of building trusting relationships.
• Solid knowledge of valuation of financial instruments (fixed income, equities, derivatives) and NASDAQ deadlines.
• Knowledge of industry events such as trade halts, corporate actions and index tracking.
• Ability to work flexible hours to cover occasional late finishes as required by the business.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accurate accounting and securities records for each fund, ensuring controls are followed.
• Investigate and resolve issues where transactions breach validation tolerances in JP Morgan system.
• Implement operational procedures to complete tasks accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with Operations Teams, Technology, Product, Sales, and Program Management.
• Identify vulnerabilities in fund servicing processes and drive continuous improvement for efficiency and resilience.
