As Fund Servicing Manager III, you will guide a diverse team, drive process improvements, partner with technology and product teams, and communicate KPIs to senior management, shaping scalable solutions and a client-focused culture.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of fund accounting and administration experience.
• Experience managing a diverse team.
• Advanced proficiency in process automation.
• Strong experience in strategic planning and stakeholder management.
• Exceptional leadership and staff development skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours to cover occasional late finishes

Responsibilities

• Oversee accurate accounting and securities records for each fund administered and ensure controls.
• Lead resolution of complex issues where transactions breach validation tolerances.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance efficiency, scale, and resilience of the operating platform via automation.
• Establish and maintain productive relationships with stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and clients to drive outcomes.
• Implement strategic plans and administer projects or programs to achieve objectives.
• Coach and mentor team members to foster learning and growth.
