Job summary

Schroders is seeking a Fund Mandates professional to oversee complex fund operations for private credit, collective trust and limited partnership funds in North America. You will review financial statements, manage expenses, and monitor third-party administrators while collaborating with the Global Operating Platform.

The role reports to the Head of Fund Mandates, Americas and requires experience in fund accounting, private credit or hedge funds, with a base salary in the $90k–$100k range.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in accounting, Finance, Business or other similar degree.
• 2-5 years minimum relevant industry experience ideally in the Fund industry.
• Experience in private credit, private equity or hedge funds.

Responsibilities

• Monitor third-party administrators and KPIs.
• Review annual financial statements under US GAAP/IFRS.
• Oversee fund expenses and budgeting accruals.
• Assist with valuation analysis and client queries.
• Coordinate onboarding of new clients.
• Review SOC-1 and internal control reports.
