Job summary

U.S. Bank seeks a Fund Operations Analyst to support day-to-day financial and regulatory operations for ETFs, mutual funds, and other fund clients. You will prepare financial statements, test compliance with Investment Company Act, and assist with regulatory reporting and board materials.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance and 1–2 years of related experience. A strong knowledge of ETFs, funds, and Excel is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, or equivalent work experience.
• 1–2 years of related work experience.
• General knowledge of ETFs, mutual funds, other investments and security types.
• Basic understanding of legal, regulatory and accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements and accompanying footnotes for ETF and fund clients to comply with GAAP and regulatory reporting.
• Lead financial reporting filing requirements for ETFs or fund clients.
• Assist with regulatory reporting, data collection, and board materials.
