Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day accounting and operational activities for the management company and investment funds.
• Process vendor invoices, payments, wires, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Assist with capital calls, distributions, cash movements, and bank account administration.
• Support bookkeeping, reconciliations, expense allocations, and month-end processes.
• Assist with quarterly/annual investor reporting, fund audits, and tax reporting.
• Maintain investor records and communicate with investors, vendors, and external partners.
• Support ongoing accounting, reporting, and operational projects.
