Job summary

Belltower Funds is seeking a Fund Migrations Manager to oversee onboarding and migration of funds to the AngelList platform. You will lead a team of migration specialists, manage client interfaces, and coordinate with incumbent administrators to ensure a smooth transition.

This role requires deep experience in public accounting or fund administration, strong project management skills, and the ability to drive automation and AI-enabled improvements while maintaining high standards of accuracy and

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in public accounting, fund administration, fund accounting, or related financial services.
• 3+ years of project management experience leading complex client implementations.
• People management experience coaching and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong knowledge of alternative investment structures including PE, VC, and digital asset funds.
• Excellent communication and relationship management with clients and leadership.
• Instinct to use AI and automation to improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end fund migrations to the AngelList platform.
• Manage multiple migration engagements with project plans, milestones, risks, and implementation.
• Review migrated data for accuracy including investor capital accounts and waterfalls.
• Collaborate with clients and external stakeholders to gather information and provide updates.
• Coach and develop a team of migration specialists.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Ensure migrations are on schedule with minimal disruption and build client relationships.
• Explore AI/automation to enhance existing processes.
