Job summary

Morgan Stanley in New York is seeking a Funds Shareholder Services professional to manage the share register, ensure AML/KYC and fund compliance, and distribute offering memorandums and statements to investors.

You will perform initial AML reviews, move wires to client Prime Brokerage accounts, produce MIS and investor reports, and support the fund manager and investors. Telecommuting is permitted up to 2 days per week.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Requires three years in investor services or related role.
• Experience with AML/KYC, investor data interpretation and reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the share register and ensure AML/KYC compliance and fund documentation.
• Distribute the Offering Memorandum and statements to investors.
• Assist in producing MIS and internal operational reports.
