Responsibilities

• Maintain the share register of the investment fund.
• Distribute Offering Memorandum and tax-related documents to investors.
• Complete initial AML reviews and process wire movements to client accounts.
• Provide day-to-day shareholder services and produce MIS reports.
• Coordinate with IT to enhance reporting and investor communications.
