- Exposure to secondaries transactions would be viewed favorably.
- Admission to practice in the relevant state; J.D. required.
Responsibilities
- Draft and negotiate fund organisational documents and investor side letters.
- Support a broad range of real estate transaction documents.
- Advise on fund formation matters and related regulatory considerations.
