Cooley LLP is seeking 3L law students (JD 2027) to join the entry level class in our San Francisco office. This position offers exposure to an internationally recognized fund formation practice and collaboration with a bench of 60+ attorneys dedicated to fund formation and counseling.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate excellent writing, oral communication, and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and judgment abilities.
• Prior corporate or transactional experience helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Join Cooley LLP’s Fund Formation practice in San Francisco.
• Support a team of 60+ lawyers focused on fund formation and counseling.
• Assist with document drafting, research, and client matters as needed.
