This is an opportunity to join a preeminent corporate practice with exposure to matters involving public and private companies. The expected salary for this position is $225,000.

Qualifications

• Applicants must be 3L JD candidates graduating in 2027.
• Strong writing and oral communication skills are essential.
• Interest in corporate law; prior corporate/transaction experience helpful but not required.

The expected salary for this position is $225,000.
