The program offers exposure to an internationally recognized fund formation practice and a robust bench of 60+ lawyers focused full-time on fund formation and counseling. Candidates should demonstrate excellent writing, oral communication and analytical skills; strong academics from a national law school

Candidates should demonstrate: Excellent writing, oral communication, and analytical skills are essential. The ability to manage multiple assignments, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Prior corporate or transactional experience is helpful but not required. Ideal candidates will have a high level of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school.

The annual pay for this position is $225,000.
