Qualifications

• Strong credit and analytical instincts.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Organizational discipline to manage and monitor a loan portfolio.
• Strong communication skills for internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel.
• Prior experience in fund finance, structured credit, leveraged finance, or private capital is preferred.
• Curiosity about using technology to reshape a financing business is a differentiator.

Responsibilities

• Summarize and analyze collateral pools.
• Underwrite funds and sponsors.
• Form and articulate a directional view on new opportunities.
• Create internal committee materials.
• Communicate internally and externally regarding new and existing opportunities.
• Coordinate KYC and onboarding workstreams through closing.
• Own the desk's loan portfolio management infrastructure.
• Serve as point person for systems, models, and reporting used to monitor and manage the existing loan portfolio.
• Act as a key internal touchpoint for risk, legal, finance, and other stakeholders seeking to understand transactions or the portfolio.
• Build and deploy AI tooling to improve underwriting and monitoring processes.
