Qualifications

• 2-4 years of relevant credit experience in private asset-based, specialty finance, or real estate credit.
• Manager research experience at a private credit investment firm is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated capacity to learn alternative investment strategies and financial instruments.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Manager Research team to evaluate prospective investment partnerships.
• Write manager meeting notes and due diligence reports.
• Help develop a quantitative risk framework for analyzing partner track records.

Skills

Credit experience in private asset-based

Strong grasp of alternative investments

Organizational skills

Advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint

Working knowledge of PowerBI or R/Python

Education

B.S./B.A. in finance, accounting, mathematics, statistics, engineering

M.S. preferred

Progress toward CFA or CAIA
