Job summary

You will manage relationships, structure complex facilities, and guide the team through the full lifecycle, delivering thoughtful risk management and value-added banking solutions for modern finance clients in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related credit field.
• 5+ years of lending, underwriting, credit, or portfolio management experience.
• Demonstrated origination track record; existing client network is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting, financial analysis, and secured lending principles.
• Proven transaction and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive origination and development of Fund Finance across VC/PE lending products.
• Build and manage relationships across asset classes with emerging and established VC/PE firms.
• Cultivate business within the ecosystem supporting VC/PE firms (fund admins, law firms, networks).
• Own the full deal lifecycle—from structuring to closing and portfolio management.
• Demonstrate advanced knowledge of Fund Finance products and services.
• Oversee preparation of consolidated credit and portfolio information.
• Drive profitability by evaluating credit impact on pricing and risk mitigation.
• Partner with internal teams (client care, loan operations, finance) to mature the practice.
