Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Structure and execute fund finance transactions for private funds.
• Analyze and perform due diligence to facilitate timely closings.
• Develop recommendations based on credit policies and risk appetite.
• Review loan documentation and monitor credits through annual reviews.
• Provide day-to-day account management and ensure documents are up to date.
• Collaborate with risk, counsel, and loan operations to complete transactions.
• Lead client onboarding process.
• Expand knowledge of sectors and bank products to identify cross-sell opportunities.
• Contribute to a high-performance, inclusive work environment.
