Cravath, Swaine & Moore in New York seeks associates with 2–6 years of fund finance and related experience to draft complex credit documents and work on bespoke lender-side financings.
You will handle NAV facilities, asset-backed lending, and derivatives within fund structures, with real deal responsibility early in a fast-growing practice.
NAV lending went from a niche product to the fastest-growing corner of fund finance in about three years, and the lender side associates who can paper a NAV facility from scratch are now scarcer than the deals.
A Global 100 firm with a market-leading fund finance practice is hiring associates (2–6 years) in New York. Cravath scale — $235K–$390K depending on class year.
You'd represent banks, alternative lenders, and investment vehicles on the lender side of highly structured, bespoke financings across asset classes — drafting the documents, not just running the checklist — in a group that's growing fast enough that mid-levels get real deal responsibility early.
