Lateral Link is assisting an elite firm and repeat AmLaw50 client seeking a Fund Finance Associate to add to the firm's New York office.

The ideal candidate will possess 3-5 years of relevant work experience in representing financial sponsors and/or lenders in subscription credit facilities, NAVfacilities and management company and other upper tier financings at a law firm or in-house at a sponsor or bank.

The candidate must possess very strong grades and peer firm experience.

The partners are wonderful people to learn from. The opportunity provides a lot of visibility with partners in the group.

The firm also offers excellent exit opportunities should working at a firm isn’t the best long term fit.
