Responsibilities

• Partner with the PECC Team to advise and develop tailored credit solutions.
• Diligence on private equity funds, track records, financials, LPAs, and PPMs.
• Build and maintain borrowing base certificates and financial models.
• Analyze Limited Partner statements and credit data to support underwriting.
• Evaluate credit implications of complex structured loans.
• Draft committee memos for loan originations and modifications.
• Support ongoing regulatory compliance and risk management.
