Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related field
• 0–3 years of loans / fixed income experience or internship
• Proficiency in Python and SQL for analytics and reporting

Responsibilities

• Perform large-scale data manipulations across loan-level records to deliver portfolio insights for traders and clients
• Collaborate with clients and analyze data from multiple sources (Settlement, Servicer, due diligence, Originator)
• Build portfolio-level stratification and replines; validate data
• Own portfolio collateral analysis across deal lifecycle using Python, SQL, and CAS
• Provide pool-level CPR speeds, loss severity, and credit enhancement metrics from rating agency models
• Assist in preparing credit memos and PPM materials with external accountants and lawyers
• Perform asset pool selection based on contribution requirements for ABS/CMBS securitization
