The role requires a CPA and 15+ years in fund finance or related areas, with strong private credit or alternatives experience and a track record leading finance teams and overseeing external administrators.

Qualifications

• CPA required.
• 15+ years of fund finance, fund accounting, or fund operations experience.
• Strong private credit or alternative asset management background.
• Deep understanding of fund accounting, investor reporting, valuations, and audits.
• Experience overseeing third-party administrators and external service providers.
• Proven leadership experience managing and developing finance teams.
• Exposure to credit facilities, CLOs, or distressed credit strategies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the fund finance function for a growing private credit platform.
• Oversee fund operations, financial reporting, treasury, and administrator relationships.
• Provide oversight of accounting, audits, valuations, and investor reporting.
• Partner with senior leadership on strategic initiatives, new products, and platform growth.
• Drive process improvements, controls, and operating efficiencies.
• Support liquidity management, fund structuring, and key business decisions.
