Responsibilities

• Advise and develop tailored credit solutions within the firm’s risk parameters.
• Diligence on private equity funds and sponsors, including track records, financials, PPMs, and LPAs across diverse strategies (buyout, real estate, infrastructure).
• Build and maintain borrowing base certificates and sophisticated financial models/spreads.
• Gather and analyze Limited Partner financial statements, subscription documentation, and credit data to support underwriting decisions and assess risk profiles.
• Evaluate the credit implications of complex structured loans.
• Draft committee memos for loan originations, modifications, and other ad-hoc transactions.
• Perform ongoing regulatory compliance and risk management efforts.
