Job summary

Atlantic Group seeks a Senior Fund Accountant to own key aspects of fund accounting and financial reporting in a New York office. You will lead quarterly closes, NAV production, and review fund administrator deliverables for accuracy and LPA compliance.

You will coordinate with Valuation, Legal, Tax, and Treasury teams on valuation modeling, cash activity, audits, and investor reporting, while driving process improvements across the fund finance function.

Qualifications

• 3 - 6 years PE valuations and accounting experience.

Responsibilities

• Own quarterly close, NAV production, and financial statements.
• Review fund administrator deliverables for accuracy and compliance with LPA terms.
• Drive quarterly valuation process and coordinate with external valuation firms.
• Support complex fund transactions, cash activity, and waterfall calculations.
• Lead audit and investor reporting support with cross-functional teams.
