JTC Group in Austin, TX is seeking a detail-oriented team player to support SALI’s Marketing and Fund Development initiatives. You will help draft, package, and distribute fund information, update marketing materials, and ensure data integrity across portals.

The role involves assisting with fact sheets, reviews of marketing materials, website maintenance, and coordinating notes and emails for the Chief Marketing Officer and Fund Development teams.

Responsabilidades

• Create and distribute fund specific information via post-launch packages to interested parties.
• Update SALI Marketing material and lead inbound marketing requests from the SALI marketing inbox.
• Assist in the production of fact sheets, review of marketing material, and portal data integrity and migration.
• Assist in the maintenance and review of SALI websites and portals.
• Provide support to the Fund Development team including drafting supplements, edits, and tracking opportunities.
• Assist the Chief Marketing Officer and Fund Development team with marketing calls and note taking, drafting emails, and delivering materials.

PURPOSE OF JOB

SALI is looking to expand our Reporting,Marketing, and Fund Development teams. The marketing and fund development teams are responsible for draftingnew fund offering documents, developing marketing material, and ensuring SALI’sfront office continues to drive topline revenue growth.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

• Create and distribute fund specific information via post-launch packages to interested parties.


• Responsible for updating SALI Marketing material and serve as lead for inbound marketing request from the SALI marketing inbox.


• Assist the Marketing team with fact sheet production and delivery, marketing material review, and portal data integrity and migration.


• Assist in the maintenance and review of the various SALI websites and portals.


• Provide support to the Fund Development team as necessary including, drafting supplements, wordsmithing, incorporating edits to documents, and tracking of opportunities.


• Assisting the Chief Marketing Officer and the Fund Development team with marketing calls and new opportunities by taking call notes, drafting emails, and providing deliverables.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
