Job summary

Invesco’s Legal team seeks a trusted attorney to guide on registered investment products, disclosure, and regulatory matters for mutual funds, closed-end funds and ETFs.

You will oversee fund registration statements, shareholder materials, and SEC filings while contributing to product initiatives and governance initiatives with senior leaders.

Required JD and bar admission, 4–6 years in securities/asset management, with hybrid in-office work in Downers Grove.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) and active bar membership required.
• 4–6 years of relevant legal experience in securities or investment management.
• Experience with regulatory disclosure and SEC matters preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal guidance on fund disclosure and regulatory filings.
• Oversee preparation of registration statements, proxies, and reports.
• Support product launches, mergers, reorganizations, and governance matters.
