Invesco is seeking a Legal Counsel to join the U.S. Legal team in Downers Grove, focusing on fund disclosure and SEC filings for mutual funds, ETFs and related products.

You will oversee registration statements, shareholder communications, and compliance with the 1940 Act while collaborating with senior leaders across product, investments and compliance. The role offers broad exposure to regulatory initiatives, governance matters and strategic product launches within a leading asset manager.

• Strong background in regulatory disclosure, including experience with the SEC forms listed above.
• Excellent project management and collaboration skills across legal and business teams.
• Clear, concise legal writing and the ability to translate complex issues into practical guidance.

• Provide legal advice and oversight of fund disclosure materials and SEC filings.
• Support product line changes, mergers, reorganizations, shelf offerings, and regulatory changes.
