Fund Controller – Venture Capital

We are currently recruiting for a Fund Controller position on behalf of a top-performing venture capital firm headquartered in New York, NY. This role will play a critical part in managing the operational and financial administration of the firm’s funds, ensuring data integrity and supporting key fundraising and investor reporting activities. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of fund administration experience, with a strong background in venture capital or private equity.

Qualified individuals may be considered for a fully remote work model, with the requirement of working Eastern Time hours.

This is a 3+ month contract opportunity, paying $85-$90/hour (depending on experience).

• Manage and oversee all fund administration activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and adherence to industry best practices.
• Assist in the preparation and management of fundraising reports, delivering accurate and timely information to both internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Conduct thorough quality assurance checks on data maintained within the Limited Partner (LP) portal to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Performing detailed data reviews and managing the posting of documents across both internal systems and external investor portals.
