Job summary

Standish Management, LLC is seeking a Fund Controller to lead financial reporting and administration for private equity clients, reporting to the Engagement Manager. You will oversee fund accounting, capital accounts, and financial statements, with involvement in capital calls, distributions, and allocations.

The position requires a Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting/Economics, 2+ years of public accounting experience (CPA a plus), and familiarity with Excel, Word, Outlook, and QuickBooks.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of public accounting experience or equivalent.
• CPA is a plus.
• Knowledge of Private Equity/VC partnership accounting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial reporting and administration operations for clients.
• Oversee fund accounting and capital account maintenance.
• Prepare financial statements and assist with capital calls, distributions, and allocations.
